•Third-Party Licenses: If your project needs licensed assets (e.g., stock photos, fonts), I’ll let you know, and you’ll be responsible for purchasing or covering these licensing fees.
•Copyrights and Trademarks: I assume that any content you provide—like images, text, or logos—is either yours or that you have permission to use it. You agree to hold me harmless from any claims related to this content.
4. Payment Terms
•Pricing and Fees: I’ll outline the cost of the project and any additional fees in a proposal or contract. Prices may change if the project scope changes.
•Deposit and Balance Payments: I usually require a 40% deposit upfront. The final balance is due upon project completion, and if you need it I’ll provide you with an invoice for any outstanding payments.
•Payment Methods: I accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal.
•Late Payments: Please pay invoices within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or in accordance with local laws.
5. Revisions and Approvals
